Shipping by UPS®

We don't play any games with shipping rates here. You simply select the service you want (next day air, ground, etc.), and we'll charge exactly what UPS charges us.

Use the form below to access the UPS Quick Cost Calculator and you'll see exactly what your shipping charges will be. Note that this form may not work properly on weekends as UPS tries to use today's date as the ship date. If you fill out this form on a weekend day, please use the Ship date field below to specify the following Monday's date for an accurate shipping estimate.

Shipping to Canada

Yes, we do ship to Canada. We ship by USPS Express Mail International. Express Internationl has a typical delivery time of 2-3 days. The cost is a flat rate of $25 for an EPROM only package and $30 for an ECU package with insurance. It is NOT our policy to declare a lower value on these packages. Please don't ask.

Turn around

As long as we have the information we need and as long as you ship your ECU to us by UPS, we can almost always get ECUs back out the same day we receive them. If you want to ensure the quickest turn around possible, then make sure you have the order form submitted and payment made before you ship to us. Shipping to us by a service other than UPS may incur a one day delay as our other carriers do not provide a guaranteed drop off time at our shop and may not get the package to us early enough in the day to get it back out.

The total time your ECU will be out of your hands depends on how you ship it to us (next day, second day, priority, etc.) and how you specify you want it shipped back when you place the order.

If you order the EPROM-only DSMLink package, we will make every effort to have the package in the mail the same day we receive payment. As long as payment is received before noon eastern time and we have the components in stock, it will ship same day.
