- | ====== Overview ====== | + | ====== Clutch Cut Wiring in a '90 ====== |
As many of you know, the '90 models have quite a number of little differences between the '91+ model years. One of these is cruise control switch functionality -- on '91+ cars the cruise control switch is a switch to ground, however on the '90 cars it is a switched 12v line. This means that the clutch-cut wire which was included with your DSMLink package will not work on the cruise-control switch (it DOES work correctly if installed on the starter switch), and you will need to do a little more work if you want to use NLTS on a '90 DSM using the cruise switch (the one activated when your foot is completely off the pedal). | As many of you know, the '90 models have quite a number of little differences between the '91+ model years.
