1 teaspoon - Butter
1/2 teaspoon - Fine diced shallots
1 teaspoon black peppercorns, cracked
1-2 teaspoon freshly ground dried rosemary
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup hot water
You can tweek your rosemary sauce off those basics. Some don't like as much white wine etc..
