Shipping & Returns

Where Do We Ship To and From?

All items will be shipped from Frederick, Maryland 21702. We can ship to virtually any address within the US and select International addresses. We do require the shipping address be a verified address either by PayPal or by the credit card billing address. International packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

Shipping Costs and Methods

We don't add any hidden costs or charges to our shipping fees. We charge you whatever UPS or USPS charges us. UPS is our preferred domestic shipper but we will utilize USPS when necessary. All international orders will be shipped USPS Express Mail International.

When Do We Ship?

Items will be shipped as soon as possible after receiving notice of payment. Our goal is to ship within 1 business day of receiving payment. Of course sometimes events beyond our control happen that prohibit us from shipping right away, in which case we'll notify you of any significant order delay. We ship Monday through Friday with our cutoff time being Noon for orders to ship same day.

Undeliverable Packages

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will attempt to contact you via email. If we cannot successfully contact you, we will issue a full refund for the product price. Shipping charges will not be refunded if an incorrect address is provided, your selected carrier does not deliver to the address given, the package is refused by the recipient or more than 3 failed delivery attempts have been made.

After you've placed your order, you can check on the shipping status in 'My Account'.

Return Policies

Return New Product

You may return new items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging and condition. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. Email for details on return shipping.

Exchange Product

Occasionally we have customers who mistakenly order the wrong version of our product. If you find you have ordered a 1G instead of a 2G or vice versa we will allow an exchange. All shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.

Stolen Parts

If you're unfortunate to have one of our parts stolen from your car, please don't ask us to replace it for free. We're sorry for the trouble you're having but we really can't give away free replacement parts unless it's due to a defect in workmanship.
